Architecture that lasts a lifetime.

Renovation and expansion of buildings, as well as new architecture — in Lohja and the surrounding region.

From the first sketch to a finished building.

Needs assessment, concept and sketches

Every project begins with a conversation and a visit to the site. The sketches grow out of the characteristics of the site, the surrounding buildings, regulations and the needs and wishes of the client.

Building permit

Permit drawings and attachments and negotiations with the authorities.

Working drawings and construction administration

Taking responsibility for the design as a whole and coordinating the specialist disciplines throughout the project.

Site supervision

I often take on the responsible site supervisor's duties as well — one person accountable for the whole project.

Architect SAFA, specialising in protected and historic buildings. My approach is practical: I listen, I sketch, and I visit the site — the design grows out of the site and the wishes of the client.
